work for company oppsessed with looks, started with long hair (surfer, emo rockstar style hair) but have always had short spicky hair in the past. sort of like nick lachey type style, any suggestions would be awesome.

It is your hair and you should do with it as you please. If you want it cut, then cut it, get colored tips put in. But if you want it to stay the way it is, then so be it. If it is holding you back at work, then just put it in a low ponytail. Just do what you want to, don't pay mind anyone else.

Although I've always found long hair on a man attractive as long as it is clean and well maintained it is not appropriate for some professional situations. Cut it if you think it is holding you back at work. Your looks will not suffer as long as you style it attractively.

i like short hair on guys. it really just depends. like an inch i'd say is long enough. but if your hair is really straight then a little longer is ok. if you have super curly hair buzz it off! maybe grow a goatee or something if you want to have an edgy look.

I would thin it even more. You'll want to find someone who isn't afraid to go after it w/ their thinning shears.

One thing you may want to look into is layers. Start w/ long layers.. .like your longest layer beggining at your chin. If that doesn't do the trick, then shorten the layers. With layers, you'll still have the length.

I'll be honest.. I've got the same thing going on and the only way that my 'Mufasa Mane' has been manageable and consistently attractive is through excessive thinning and layers. It'll allow your hair to dry faster, too. I don't think it's anti-feminism... I do it for my husband... but also for me... I like feeling feminine. I've tried short and I felt severe and boy-ish.

I understand ur problem i would cut it a little bit or try and straighten it i have horrible hair very thick. Just because ur hair would be short doesnt mean ur ugly i cut my hair up to my chin but i think u should cut it at least to ur shoulders u would feel much better espicially 4 the summer.
