When I was in high school I LOVED long hair dudes (surfer looking). I'm not to crazy about it now, I'm 31. I would date a dude that had long hair but it can't be longer than mine and it has to be well taken care of. I actually prefer well groomed short hair on guys. In all honesty, there is something very sexy and extremely hot when a guy has well groomed short hair. And please note: The military hair cut is not HOT! Its really retarded and dorky looking!

I personally love guys with longer hair-if you keep it clean. If your hygiene kind of sucks though I would say stick with short hair. I am of a more alternative lifestyle though and long hair is much more common with the people I associate with than it seems to be in other social circles so depending on what type of females you care to attract this might be something to think about.

i love shaggy/long hair on guys, as long as they know how to keep it clean. shaggy hair actually looks good on every guy, in a different way. it depends on their status i guess. skateboarder = shaggy/ long, prep = short/spiky.
