Want a hairstyle with long blonde hair with black underneath but i dont know how to get it cut and what shade of blonde would be best. Any pics would help alot thanks;)

The whole blonde black thing is out, and tacky.
You could get long layers, have the bottom (the partial) died a chocolate brown, or a chocolate redish brown.....and you'll want to get the top pretty light but not bleached out.
