Don't wear your hair in a tight ponytail, it will break off the hair in the area where it is tied. Use a hair clip instead. Also don't fuss with your hair too much.

your hair is supposed to grow 1/2 an inch a month so just dont cut it, keep it clean, and massaging your scalp when u wash it i heard helps, i am trying to get my hair 9 inches longer than it is and that will take 18 months so next december it will be the length i want it so count the inches you want it to be and then go by 2's on the months like for every 1/2 inch go 1 month but to make it easier count every 2 months by every inch and then you can look forward to that month! hope i helped
