I know it depends on how healthy your hair is and that hair grows about a half inch per month but i recently gave ten inches to locks of love and i was wondering if it may grow back at a faster pace than normal b/c it was so long. it was down almost to the small of my back and is now a few inches past my shoulders. its very healthy and i use a wide tooth comb and tresseme shampoo and conditioner if you would need to know. thanks :)

of coarse it wont know if its being cut but you will know obviously when it is dead or healthy...

if you just trim it up alot it will grow alittle faster than normal.

It makes no difference, you hair grows at the same pace, I did hear that if you have sex a lot, your beard grows twice as fast.

Nope. Hair isn't even alive---it doesn't know its being cut. Cutting hair just makes it shorter.
