I have the perfect one for you it is the best as for wanting that supper hold . The name Is aqua net. I mean it really works and is not expensive. My hair is very hard to hold I have tired so many different ones and that is the only one as for holding my hair. You dont have much to lose to try it and wont cost you alot. Promise

You should be using something on each strand while you are curling it. Redken Spray Starch works great! When you are removing your hair from your curling iron, keep the hair rolled up and pin it on your head. Let your hair cool completely! This could take up to 20 minutes if your hair is thick. Letting it cool helps set the curl.

Sally's has a spray in the curling iron section, just spray on prior to curling and it works wonders!! (sorry I can't think of the name though, it is a white bottle, kinda like hairspray, with pink)
