well, one time i read that if you eat rice it helps your hair grow so i went out and got a bunch of white rice and i ate it with every meal and then i felt really stupid when i re read it and it said wild rice. so i guess wild rice helps. if you eat grains and proteins and stuff. but also holding your hair upside down a while each day is really good for it.

making sure your hair stays healthy [shampoo well and everything] and getting the tips trimmed frequently [not sure how this helps but i read it in an article about how to help your hair grow...wish i could find that magazine now lol]
