CUTE HAIRCUT FOR LONG HAIR...no bangs tho. :)?

So I am looking for a new haircut. My hair is soooo blah and boring. To describe my hair....its long (about 4 inches past my shoudlers), brown, one length, and straight. I straighten it everyday tho because my hair is naturally wavy but it always ends up frizzy. But I like it straight. And bangs don't look good on me. I have an oval face...so ya.

I would get layers. It will look cute and it may help tame your frizzing.

You could get it layered so the shortest layer would be about shoulder length and the longest would be where it was and a few inbetween. Then when you straighten it you can curl it in slightly or flip it out slightly and both ways would look good, also mabye give you more volume

I had that problem too, and I cut my hair to a little beyond shoulder length with layers around my face from the chin down. I used to have to straighten my hair because it would get all frizzy but after I cut it it started drying differently so now most of the time I don't even need to do anything to it which is nice. You could go to a salon and tell them what you want, (shorter, more interesting, maybe doesn't need straightening if you find that annoying), and maybe they will have advice. Or, look through a hairstyle magazine (any magazine for that matter) and see one that might look nice on you, it's hard to say because I can't see the hair.

You should layer it. But bangs probably would look good on you i have long brown wavy hair and i have an oval face and i have bangs and everyone says i look great with bangs. So it might look better than you think but you should get sideswept bangs thats the kind i have.

If you are going to get a new, fresh haircut, try cuts that suite your face. If you don't want bangs, you should part your hair to thr right or left, and cut accent pieces around your face. This look also works well with oval shaped faces, ask your hairdresser for cuts that emphasize your cheekbones, chin, or lips or other feature you want to highlight. Stay away from blunt cuts, try to get long layers. You should also think about highlights or dying your hair if your looking for a dramatic change. If you haven't dyed your hair, try semipermenant dye before trying permanent.
