i think u should scrunch your hair. like wet ur hair or when u come out the shower jus apply alot of gel and ur hair gets shorter. i do it all the timee

i dont know any website you can go to. But it all depends on what skin color you have to determine what color you should pick. Shoulder length is really easy to keep nice and clean all the time. If you have thick hair then get it thinned it will really help (it did for me).
