Okay sweetie, white people have long hair because for most of them it is easier to grow out. they have a different hair texture, like the way it feels, from black people. Black peoples hair is more coarse and breaks off easily. So many of them use weave or wigs so that they can have long hair.

it is called genetics that was passed down from previous generations.We have no control over how we look,the genes were passed to us through our parents and their parents.

Not everyone wears wigs-although they are readily available regardless your ethnic background. Some where it to adjust there physical appearance without the drastic measures of visiting a salon-others do so because it is the only way to instantly achieve the look they are going for.
